Q2. Do your staff and volunteers speak diverse languages?

Our staff members and volunteers speak Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, Mandarin and English.

Q3. Where do your programs take place?

Majority of our programs takes place the head office (SSN Hub) located at 8 Shadlock Street, Markham, Ontario

Q4. How can the community join programs offered by SSN?

Clients and Caregivers can contact our receptionist at 905-554-9033. They will be connected to the designated Program Manager to complete a registration for the program.

Q5. Is there a waitlist for attending the programs?

Yes, Some of our programs have a waitlist.

Q6. Is there a fee for attending programs?

Yes, Many of the programs are free of charge for the diverse seniors; however, some have fees attached.

Q7. What time do the programs run?

Most programs are offered during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m ; Monday to Sunday.

Q8. Do you offer programs on the weekends?

Yes, we offer programs at SSN Hub and at other community places on Saturday and Sunday

Q9. Is there a criteria for attending programs?

Yes, there are program criteria, especially if the program is for seniors only, then it is for 60 yrs+ or 65 yrs +

Q10. Do you offer transportation to attend your programs?

Yes, we offer transportation to clients. Client may need to pay for some transportation and in some programs, transportation is free.

Q11. Do you offer refreshments at your programs?

Yes, small refreshments and healthy lunch is provided in most of our programs.
